To log in to your MyGround Biz account, you only need the 7-digit FedEx ID found on your FedEx ID badge. 

  • First, open a web browser on your device, preferably Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.
  • Go to the address bar, type and hit Enter.
  • Next, type your 7-digit FedEx ID and click on the login button.

If this is the first time you have accessed your My Ground Biz account, you will be prompted to change the password. 

Following are the few rules you must take into account when changing your account password:

  • Your Account password should be 8 to 32 characters long and contain one number and a special character. This will ensure you have a strong password that is not easy to guessable.
  • For security purposes, My GroundBiz requires its users to change their password every 90 days. Don’t worry; you don’t have to keep track of days. When it’s time for you to change your My GroundBiz password, you will automatically receive a message stating, “Your password has expired.”

Once successfully logged in to your My Ground Biz account, you must register your personal and contract-related information. 

As previously mentioned, MyGroundBiz has a section named as MyGroundBizAccount. It primarily deals with settlement/Charge statements and eForms and contains all the information unique to your company.

NOTE: Do not get freaked out if you are automatically getting logged out of your account. MyGroundBiz system, after 18 minutes of inactivity, shows a pop-up window asking the user if they want to continue with the web portal. If you do not respond to that message, your session will be expired immediately, and your account will get logged out.

So you created a strong password for your My GroundBiz contractor account, but you missed out on noting it, and now you do not remember it. 

Well, fret not. There is an easy way to reset the password. All you have to do is, call 1-855-NEW-PSWD (1-855-639-7793) to get your new password. Pretty easy, right?

However, make sure to call from the phone number you have registered on your MyGroundBizaccount; otherwise, you won’t get any response.

MyBizAccount Is Not Working?
